    8. Shepards Pie is delishious and very easy to make. You brown up some ground beef or ground turkey and place it in the bottom of a glass baking dish, layer with a mixture or either peas, carrots, onions or all three together, and a layer of mashed potatoes. Top with slices of cheddar cheese or sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in the oven. It’s VERY good and serves a lot of people.

      Another traditional St. Patrick’s Day meal is corned beef and cabbage. You can swap the cabbage for potatoes of some kind. Spuds are a very traditional irish food!
