My kids loved a milk shake made with dilute green jelly, interspersed with vanilla ice cream and topped with dilute orange jelly. Easy to make and suck through a straw. (When you are making the jelly use more water than recommended on the pack)

One great green puch has sliced cucumbers in limeaid mixed with 7 up. It’s very green, and not too sweet, and kind of fun.
