      Hi from Madrid Spain, Angela. Firstable thank you for the recipe. It was looking yummy. (you could also look for what in cooking is called “Salsa Española”) i think it will fit marvelous (takes more time thou). “The black and tans” is refered to the colours of the uniforms of the english soldiers during the revolution of Ireland in 1918 so maybe is not very Irish for S.Paddys.(i woulndt order one in Dublin)Anyway thanks a lot again, contact me if you want some recipes from Spain.
