The capital of my state has a little festival every year, and while I don’t know what I’m doing this year, I went last year and it was really fun. I don’t live in an emmensely large or busy state or anything, so look into festivals or fairs as they’re always nice. If not, have a party. Get some Irish food, (or just some that looks St. Patrick’s Day appropriate) play some games, etc. Best wishes, have fun, and God Bless.
