we’re having a potluck at work on st. patrick’s day, but the food has to be green.. preferably something really creative, not salad or anything that’s already green. have any ideas?

Make cream cheese rotel dip. You just need two blocks of cream cheese and a can of rotel. Mix them together until the cheese is creamy. Then add green food color. I bet you can find some green chips someplace. References :

Broccoli, cabbage, brusssel sprouts, peas, courgettes, green pepper,
leeks, avocado, kiwi, apples, unripe bananas…..
Some in a stirfry, others in a salad, others roasted, or in a fruit salad….
